The 48 Form is a modern sequence, created in PR China in the seventies and is based on the Yang style, combined with movements from the other three major styles: Chen, Wu and Sun. It is a beautiful, complex form, uniquely fitted to help you refine your skill and develop balance, suppleness, and coordination.
