This second video is the natural progression from Angela's first production, "Tai Chi: The 24 Form".
The Combined 42 Form is even more complex and interesting. We took great care to offer you a complete new Tai Chi practice session including extended warm-ups and cool down with the Lotus qigong.

What Other People Had to Say:
"I really like the outdoor settings you've chosen, so much more appealing than indoor gymnasia and competition scenes. It's a bonus to have the warmup and cool down sequences, they're quite valuable on their own. I think this is a beautiful example of Tai Chi as 'moving meditation'.

You look totally absorbed, ego-less. You exemplify centredness, stillness in motion. You seem to withdraw deep inside yourself, so that the Taiji just flows through you unimpeded. I guess this can happen only if you know the sequence very well, underlining the point you make about the importance to students of regular practice. To me you don't appear to be DOING the form so much as just letting go to the point where you allow yourself to become a medium of its expression." Richard, Sydney
